The Bemersyde Trophy

Junior Winner Harry Gotzhiem aged 14 from Bedfordshire. Fishing Traquair Beat last October he caught a 21lb salmon on a 11 ft switch rod, fishing a cascade.

Craig Duncan Senior Winner fishing the Teviot, Hawick Angling Club water, he caught and released a 26lb salmon. He was fishing a single handed trout rod.

The 2016 Trophy winners where as follows:-

Senior - Janice Hogarth with a fish of 35lbs from Upper Caberstoun

Junior - Andrew Kitchingham with a fish of 12lbs from Hendersyde

The Trophies where presented at Bemersyde House on Tuesday 29th March 2016

The 2015 winners of the Bemersyde Trophy are as follows:-

Seniors - Fin Wilson with a fish of 24lbs from Lower Floors

Junior - Jess England with an entry of two fish on the same day at Hendersyde 15lbs & 13lbs
