Makerstoun is a four rod beat divided into Upper (2 rods) and Lower (2 rods).
Both beats enjoy the exclusivity of double bank fishing with an excellent selection of water to suit most conditions.
Lower Makerstoun has a well equipped fishing hut with kitchen and toilet facilities.
The Beat has an Estate road running its full length and therefore it is possible to drive to all the pools.
